您的StreamReader缺少一个using语句,但与其进行更正,我只将整个文件读取机制替换为;

 string[] lines = File.ReadAllLines("C:'path'to'file.txt");

对于这样的操作,我更喜欢逐行读取文件:

while (!reader.EndOfStream)
{
    string line = reader.ReadLine();
    // parse values and add to list
}

您可以检查线的起点是否有起点和终点标记,找到终点后退出循环。

如果你试图去掉每个数组位置中的所有空格,你可以像这样清理每个索引:

array[a, b] = Regex.Replace(array2[counter], @"'s", "");

附带说明一下,您不需要在其他正则表达式模式中转义空格和破折号。
