在WPF中，部署XAML时，当将其他dll的复制本地设置为false时，解析从表示框架dll引发的异常

Xaml解析在部署我的项目时抛出异常，当将我的第三方dll的复制本地属性设置为false时。在构建我的项目时，或者如果我将本地副本设置为true，都没有问题。
