现在,如果myEventHandle未设置,那么WaitOne中的10ms延迟将有效地抑制执行,但我的猜测是,设置了事件,使得WaitOne立即返回true

不必轮询连接,因为AcceptTcpClient将阻止等待连接。因此,如果你稍微改变一下代码,它应该会像预期的那样工作:
