40400:未找到端点- Windows服务总线

我正在运行本地Windows服务总线1.0，我得到例外MessaingEntityNotFoundException 40400: Endpoint not found。

这是因为队列没有创建吗?我看不到服务器上的任何地方，我可以创建队列(我使用2K8R2)，当我运行服务总线配置工具时，它只询问我是否要从农场删除。

我是否需要添加队列，如果是这样，是否有gui或powershell脚本，或者我是否做错了什么?
