c# EF只能插入一个项

我从这个数据库生成了一个模型:

生成的类有:

在数据库中插入对象的代码如下:

            ve.voluntaris.Add(v);
            ve.SaveChanges();

在数据库表中只能插入一个对象。如果我运行上面的代码，它只工作一次，如果我试图插入其他值不工作，我得到这个错误:

它不工作，即使我手动指定一个ID的对象，不用于表。它起作用的唯一情况是当标签为空时。谢谢你！
