如何从Gridview中获取行并将它们插入数据库

我正在为制药实验室开发一个web应用程序。

在从客户处获取订单并单击提交按钮时，我已经将数据插入数据库的三个表(customer、orderMaster、orderDetail)中。我已经插入到customer和orderMaster表中。对于orderDetail，我必须从gridview插入数据。

当我添加针对客户的测试时，测试被添加到gridview中。一个gridview可以针对一个客户进行多个测试。

如何从网格视图插入数据到数据库?

我已经使用断点，没有得到任何值的串行No列。因为我已经使用了模板字段上的自动增量串行号列。这是我的gridview的asp代码:
