如果你退后一步，稍微忽略pdf，只关注HTTP请求和响应，你应该有你的答案。当浏览器发出HTTP请求(单击按钮)时，服务器只允许发送一个响应。您的代码正在尝试(不成功)向浏览器发送多个响应。第一次调用Response.End时，管道实际上被终止，其余代码不运行。
