在Windows 10中执行，但在Windows 7中抛出异常

我通过Visual Studio 2015和c# WPF在windows 10中开发了一个应用程序，我的应用程序框架目标是3.5和这个应用程序执行和调试没有任何错误在我的系统，并获得成功。

但是当我把应用程序的文件复制到windows 7(另一个系统)时，它崩溃了。

。Net 3.5安装在windows 7上，下面是我在windows 7上得到的例外
