Git(适用于Windows)忽略C#项目&；文件夹

我已经在Github上托管了一个C#/.Net项目一段时间了，我刚刚添加了一个名为"JB.Common.Reactive.Cache"的新项目，奇怪的是，它完全被git忽略了，即当尝试手动添加它时（不带-f），它会说：

Git对包含".Cache"的目录有任何特殊处理吗。。或者我在这里错过了什么，或者我还需要去哪里寻找？
