导出数据表到Excel时出错

我使用下面的代码导出excel使用Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel。[office女士2003]。我需要导出大约150000行可以有最多300列。

但是在Get_Range上得到错误。[50000行40列工作正常]

下面一行代码出现错误

是否Get_Range()对行/列有一些限制?

据我所知，MS Office 2003列的限制是256，不确定行限制。
