您还没有告诉我们连接的另一端,所以这个答案是部分推测性的。。。
CCD_ 1可能是一个小的endian转换。
几乎所有的网络编码都将是大端序,所以这是失败的有力候选者。
我建议您使用Jon Skeet的misutil中的EndianBitConverter.Big
转换器来获得正确的编码顺序。
