如何使用功能区控件库部署WPF应用程序

我在Visual Studio 2012（升级4）下使用.NET 4.0 Win7 32位下的Ribbon Controls Library创建了一个WPF应用程序（c#/XAML）。它工作得很好，但我无法使它在WinXP32位主机下工作。

我安装了：-.NET 3.5 SP1-.NET 4.0-WPF的功能区，在这里找到（当然，我制作应用程序的机器上也安装了同样的功能区）

但当我将功能区添加到应用程序时，它失败了。我尝试手动添加RibbonControlsLibrary.dll，但没有成功。
