我终于再次找到了解决方案，但仍然无法解释为什么这是问题所在。

重置应用程序文件

后，我注意到这个引用创建了列出的 2 个 DLL 应用程序文件。一个被列为NationalInstruments.Common.Native.dll另一个没有本地标记。其中 dll 的本机默认包含 where 作为另一个默认为先决条件。如果我更改先决条件以排除并将另一个保留为包含，应用程序将安装。其他 NIINSTRUMENTS 参考资料只生成一个 DLL 应用程序文件，我可以毫无问题地排除该文件。

从技术上讲，我的问题已经解决，但如果有人可以提供关于为什么此引用产生 2 个 DLL 以及为什么即使不使用也不能排除一个 DLL 的见解，我将不胜感激。
