今天早上有一台新机器并安装了Visual Studio 2012，这是我在启动时遇到的错误

显示此消息后，Visual Studio 关闭。我第一次进行网络安装时尝试从 ISO 重新安装。谷歌不是很有帮助

无法加载文件或程序集“WindowsBase，版本 4.0.0.0”

我没有修复/卸载/重新安装，而是安装了 Windows 更新，因为我的系统在安装更新期间崩溃了。这次崩溃后，我遇到了同样的问题，但现在它解决了。:-)

我进行了修复而不是卸载/重新安装，这解决了我的问题。
