我的IP地址和端口是正确的，因为使用它我能够访问mysql服务器数据库。

从我所看到的（SERVER=xxx.xx.xxx.xx;端口 = 80;）您正在尝试连接到端口 80（defalut HTTP 端口）。defalut MySQL 端口是 3306，因此您应该更改端口以更正端口。

您需要使用端口 3306，现在您使用的是 80，这是 Web 服务器侦听的端口，而不是 mysql 服务器。

在.ini文件中设置以下值：

net_read_timeout=99999 
net_write_timeout=99999

然后重新启动数据库服务器

这将起作用。
